As a PCOS sufferer, you may be
experiencing fertility problems. From our research with Hospital
Consultants and PCOS volunteers, we have found the following advice
proved to be very successful. If you are trying for a baby, why
not try these tips, they have worked for others and they could
help you.
First of all, it is a good idea
to work out a pre-conception plan. Most couples don’t have
sex at the right time and frequency to achieve a pregnancy. Here
are some tips. If your periods are regular (28 days from the start
of one to the start of another), you should try to have regular
intercourse, every other day, if possible, from Day 11 to Day
17. This is timed from the start of the first day of your last
period. One week before this time of the month, both partners
should get plenty of sleep and avoid intercourse altogether, until
your reach Day 11.
