Each person's metabolism can be different. If you have a weight problem,
your metabolic rate can be slower than the metabolism of a slim person.

Is Your Metabolic Rate Slow?
Your metabolic rate could be slow for a variety of reasons. It could be
you have had surgery. The anaesthetic can, in certain slimmers, slow up
your metabolism. Childbirth, traumas, bereavements, medication, and stress
can all contribute to a slower metabolism. Keeping to the same diet for
too long can also slow up your weight loss, as does a sedentary lifestyle.
What you need in order to succeed is a metabolic rate assessment, a diet
planning to suit your metabolic rate, and most importantly - every time
you lose three pounds or more, you need your diet changing so that you

My technique is totally different from any diet that you have ever tried

a diet that you will enjoy and it will not be difficult to keep to. It
will be set out in an easy to understand formula, no calorie counting
or weighing or measuring out foods. The diets will contain everyday foods,
will be very enjoyable, and the plan is very easy to follow because it
is worked out for each slimmer's individual metabolic rate.
